Kotim (25/08/2021) – Baamang Sector Police, the Central Kalimantan Regional Police Kotim Polres, carried out social assistance distribution activities to residents affected by COVID-19 in the Baamang District, Kotim Regency, Central Kalimantan Province.
AKBP Kotim Police Chief. Abdoel Harris Jakin, S.I.K, M.Si through the Baamang Police Chief AKP Ratno, S.H., M.M. explained that the activity was carried out together with the Wakapolsek, Bhabinkamtibmas and also members of the Baamang Police then together with the chairwoman of Bhayangkari Branch Baamang and members of Bhayangkari Baamang.
There are 10 target houses for which the social assistance was given. As for the form of activity providing assistance in the form of food packages for daily needs, this activity is intended as a form of concern for community members who are experiencing difficulties during the Covid-19 pandemic.
“Hopefully, with this social assistance sharing activity, it can ease the burden a little for residents who are very affected by the difficult cooking of the COVID-19 pandemic.” said the police chief. (Sri4-Bmg)
