A suspect identified as W, a former official, allegedly issued appointment decrees without official proposals from relevant regional agencies. BPKP Lampung reported state losses of IDR 7.38 billion in this matter.
The second case involves alleged irregularities in constructing the Grand Mosque and Religious Tourism Site in Mesuji Regency, carrying a total project value of IDR 75 billion. Initial inquiries revealed deviations starting from the planning phase. Investigators engaged construction experts from the Bandung State Polytechnic to evaluate technical aspects and verify compliance between design specifications and field execution.
The third case concerns alleged corruption involving village apparatus credit facilities through Bank Lampung utilizing village residents’ data for fictitious loan applications. Two suspects have been designated: AS as the bank loan officer and ES acting as the intermediary. Investigators engaged state finance experts and BPKP auditors to examine credit issuance mechanisms and calculate potential state losses amounting to IDR 6.77 billion.
