The Pringsewu Police in synergy with the Indonesian Navy from the 4th Marines/BS Lampung Infantry Brigade held a Covid-19 vaccination at Pekon Sukaratu, Pagelaran-Pringsewu sub-district. Wednesday (13/10/21)
In order to ensure the smooth running of activities, Dan Brigadier 4 Marines / BS Lampung Colonel Nawawi together with the Pringsewu Police Chief AKBP Hamid Andri Soemantri, SIK, accompanied by the Head of the Performance Police Sector Iptu Hasbulloh and the Performance Danramil Captain Tuparno directly inspected the vaccination activities.
The Commander of Brigif 4 Marines / BS Lampung Colonel Nawawi said, vaccination activities were carried out in order to succeed in national vaccination which aims to accelerate the formation of herd immunity, especially in the Lampung Province area.
Vaccination is held in order to accelerate the formation of herd immunity and is one step towards a healthy and free Indonesia from Covid-19
“With the vaccination activity, we hope that most of the people in Lampung can be vaccinated immediately, herd immunity can be formed soon and the pandemic can be ended soon”
In line with Dan Brigif, the Pringsewu Police Chief AKBP Hamid Andri Soemantri, SIK explained that the synergy between the TNI and the National Police and the local government was continuously carried out in order to make the national vaccination successful.
He hopes that the public can take advantage of the existing opportunities by visiting and participating in vaccinations at existing vaccine outlets.
“For people who have not been vaccinated, we hope that they will immediately follow the vaccination at outlets that have been opened by the TNI-Polri,” added the police chief.
For information at this time, while reviewing the vaccination activities of the 4 Marines 4 Marines, Colonel Nawai together with the Pringsewu Police Chief, they also distributed a number of parcels containing basic necessities (Sembako) to underprivileged communities affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Danbrigif and the police chief hope that the assistance provided can help ease the economic burden of the residents in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, which until now has not ended.
In addition, he hopes that the community will remain disciplined in implementing health protocols even though they have been vaccinated.
