Idnaround.com — Two state-owned banks, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), are scheduled to distribute dividends to their shareholders today, Wednesday (April 23, 2025).
BRI is set to pay a final dividend for the 2024 fiscal year amounting to IDR 31.3 trillion, or IDR 208.4 per share. Previously, the company had distributed an interim dividend of IDR 20.4 trillion or IDR 135 per share on January 15, 2025.
Meanwhile, Bank Mandiri will distribute a cash dividend of IDR 43.5 trillion or IDR 466.18 per share for the 2024 fiscal year.
Shareholders eligible for BRI’s dividend are those listed in the company’s shareholder registry as of April 14, 2025, at 4:15 PM WIB. For Bank Mandiri, shareholders entitled to receive dividends are those registered as of April 15, 2025.
These large dividend payments reflect the strong financial performance of both banks over the past year. BRI reported a net profit of IDR 60.15 trillion in 2024, while Bank Mandiri posted a net profit of IDR 55.78 trillion.
As of the close of trading on Tuesday (April 22, 2025), BRI’s shares edged up 0.28 percent to IDR 3,630 per share. Bank Mandiri’s shares rose more significantly, climbing 2.39 percent to IDR 4,720 per share.
