Police personnel who are trained and have high discipline determined through training programs maintain the ability and readiness of personnel in carrying out the tasks they carry out.
The personnel from the Brimob Unit of the Riau Islands Police (Polda Kepri) carried out exercises and exercises one after another at the Headquarters of the Riau Islands Police Mobile Brigade Headquarters at Jl. Raya Trans Barelang KM 1 Tembesi Batam City.

“Exercise is a necessity and as an effort to increase the ability and skills of Brimob personnel of the Riau Islands Police, therefore capacity training activities continue to be carried out continuously and develop to make Brimob personnel skilled and reliable while on duty,” said Dansat Brimob Polda Kepri Kombes Pol Mohamad Rendra Salipu, SIK, M.Si
