JAKARTA – The National Police Chief, Listyo Sigit Prabowo, hopes that the National Police Training Center will become a “kitchen” to train police officers who have good abilities and qualities. Making what is expected and loved by the community, as well as realizing a sense of social justice.

According to Sigit, Wandiklat plays an important role as the initial stage of policy-making that determines the capabilities and quality of Bhayangkara Corps soldiers.

The former Banten Police Chief emphasized the importance of applying three skills, namely technical ability, leadership ability, and moral ability. “We must use these eight educational standards as a reference to apply them properly,” said Sigitte.
Regarding these three capabilities, the former Head of the Criminal and Criminal Police emphasized that all existing education should be applied, starting from establishment education (Diktuk), professional development education (Dikbangspes) and general development education (Dikbangum).
“The output we expect is that they have technical ability, moral ability and leadership ability. Only in this way can Polri’s talents with Polri’s capabilities be born, with qualified, superior, and professional human resources. This enables us to produce and nurture Polri personnel who are truly close to the community, trusted by the community, and loved by the community in carrying out their duties.
