The Head of the Tegal City Police, AKBP Rahmad Hidayat, S.S. conveyed the message at the Ceremony of the Consolidation of Personnel and Equipment in the Consolidation of Natural Disasters in the City of Tegal at the Tegal City Police Headquarters, Monday, November 8, 2021.
Entering the rainy season, according to him, there is the potential for extreme weather changes such as rain with moderate to heavy intensity accompanied by lightning and strong winds.

So the potential disasters that will arise include strong winds, tornadoes and floods in Tegal City.
Furthermore, Rahmad Hidayat is optimistic that in dealing with potential disasters, it will be resolved with the spirit of togetherness and integration between the TNI-Polri, related agencies and other Kamtibmas partners.
The Chief of Police stated that all problems and potential vulnerabilities can be resolved, especially by strengthening the spirit and commitment to the task.
“Increase the synergy between stakeholders in the context of efforts to prevent, mitigate and improve preparedness in the face of natural disasters,” he said.
In addition to other messages, he advised to optimize the role of members in the community so that they are felt as helpers, servants and friends, as well as helping to lighten the burden on the community.
