Brigadi NP, the police officer who slapped a student with the initials MFA while securing a demonstration in front of the Regent’s Office, Tigaraksa, Tangerang Regency, Banten, Wednesday (13/10/2021), is threatened with multiple layers of articles.
This was revealed by the Head of Public Relations of the Banten Police AKBP Shinto Silitonga.
Shinto said, the multi-layered article imposed on Brigadier NP was based on the results of an examination conducted by the Propam Division of the National Police Headquarters together with the Propam Polda Banten.
The layered article was imposed after the discovery of the facts by the Banten Police Propam Bid investigator.
“From the results of the examination by Brigadier NP, the Propam Bid of the Banten Police used the suspicion of layered articles in accordance with internal police rules,” Shinto told reporters at the Banten Police Headquarters, Friday (15/10/2021).
Shinto said, with the imposition of more than two articles, the NP Brigadier was threatened with more severe sanctions.
“For the purposes of filing and examination, currently Brigadier NP is placed in the special detention room of the Banten Police Propam Bid,” he said.
