Kabupaten Malinau – The Malinau Police Department held a Friday blessing social assistance (Bansos) intended for underprivileged citizens affected by Covid-19 in Malinau Regency, Friday (8/10).
Malinau Police Chief Akbp Reza Pahlevi, S.I.K. through the Deputy Chief of the Malinau Police, Kompol Parlagutan Simanjuntak, conveyed that the blessing Friday social assistance program was carried out by the Malinau Police and the Sector Police ranks regularly every Friday.
“Today the Polsek of the Malinau Police are holding a Friday blessing social assistance in their respective areas, for other sub-districts it is distributed directly by the Polsek ranks to underprivileged residents,” said Malinau Deputy Chief of Police, Kompol Parlagutan Simanjuntak.
In the provision of social assistance today, the Malinau Police distributed basic food packages that were given directly by the Door To Door System to residents’ homes by the Head of the Sector Police and the Bhabinkambmas of the Malinau Police.
“This Blessing Friday activity will be routinely carried out by the Malinau Police, hopefully with the Blessing Friday, hopefully it can help the Malinau community to lighten the burden of living during the Covid-19 pandemic,” said Commissioner Parlagutan Simanjuntak.
In addition to providing food packages, Malinau Deputy Chief of Police Kompol Parlagutan Simanjuntak when providing social assistance (Bansos) in North Malinau District also appealed to residents to always be disciplined in complying with applicable health protocols (prokes) to avoid the spread of Covid-19.
