A president’s political communication is not limited to his words and programs. However, there are mandated attitudes and attribute selections. President Jokowi did the same thing when he landed in Papua on Friday, October 1, 2021.
On his route to see Forkopimda, President Jokowi not only wore a Noken but also stopped at a Noken vendor on the side of the road. President Jokowi demonstrated that the identity of Papua is also the identity of the President of Indonesia, in addition to his enthusiasm for native products.
Binmas Noken Nemangkawi was constituted in accordance with the National Police Task Force. It is hoped that this will help President Jokowi achieve his aim of prospering and protecting the Papuan people in all parts of the country.
KOTEKA (Communication of elite political, religious, and community leaders), KASUARI (Welfare for State Children), SI IPAR (Pi Ajar Police), PEKA (Care for Kamtibmas), MATOA (Millenial Torang Maju), and TIFA (Torang Maju) are some of Binmas Noken’s signature projects (Torang Insan Faham Adat). 6 Binmas Noken Polri’s flagship program works in tandem with Papua’s Special Autonomy Volume II, which is overseen by Governor Lukas Enembe.
So far, it has been successful in organizing XX PON in Papua as well as educating national and international audiences about PON XX Papua lingo “TORANG BISA!” This demonstrates that Papua New Guinea is capable of competing and excelling in the national arena.
Following that, President Jokowi visited the Lukas Enembe Stadium to inspect and launch a number of venues that will be utilized in the XX Papua PON 2021 event.
After that, Jokowi will travel to Jayapura City’s Abepura District to lay the groundwork for the Papua Youth Creative Hub.
Jokowi will also provide assistance to the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda) in Papua Province, which will be hosted in the Governor’s Office of Papua Province.
The President will launch the XX Papua PON 2021 in the evening, which will be held at the Lukas Enembe Stadium in the Jayapura Regency. On Sunday, October 3, 2021, the President will pay a visit to the city.
