Tribratanews.polri.go.id – Jayapura. The Deputy Chief of the Papuan Police, Brigadier General Pol. Eko Rudi Sudarto directly received 3,000 basic necessities and 1,500 masks from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo. The Presidential Assistance was symbolically handed over by the Presidential Staff, Ipda Ismail.
The Deputy Chief of the Papuan Police, Brigadier General Pol. Eko Rudi Sudarto said that the aid would be distributed to people in need.
“Today we at the Papuan Police received 3,000 basic food packages and 1,500 masks which we will later distribute to our brothers and sisters in need,” explained General Bintang Satu, Wednesday (25/08/21).
The Deputy Chief of the Papuan Police expressed his gratitude to President Jokowi. Because the aid is a mandate to be distributed to people in need, especially people affected by COVID-19.
Police Brigadier General. Eko Rudi Sudarto said that assistance from the president to the community will be distributed immediately. He also advised all residents to continue to obey the health protocols as recommended by the Government.
