The construction of a building with an integrated service system as a description of the Chief of Police’s Priority Program, which is to provide excellent service to the community and at the same time is a creative breakthrough of the Riau Regional Police to simplify and accelerate the service process for the community, with an integrated service system using applications.
In his remarks, the Deputy Chief of Police expressed his appreciation to the Riau Police and its ranks, which is one of the implementations of the Chief of Police’s priority program.
“Uniting one place for 13 public services, I think this is a breakthrough in a good innovation that will facilitate the public in terms of police public services through existing applications, such as SIM services, SKCK which make it easier for the people of Pekanbaru in particular and Riau province. in general, “explained Komjen Gatot.
“There are many benefits that can be obtained, of course, such as speed in service, and also with the existence of this integrated public service, it can also reduce contact between the community and members so that it will minimize the potential for irregularities. This could lead to public trust in the Riau Regional Police. If people are satisfied, it means that public trust in the Police will increase, “he explained.
The Riau Regional Police launched an integrated service system and Drive Thru as an effort to simplify and accelerate services to the community by cutting bureaucracy and time efficiency, in line with the Police Chief’s policy of transformation to a Precision Police, including transformation in the field of public services.
Polda Riau builds and integrates community services in one service system, namely by building the Riau Polda Integrated Services Building.
Services that are equipped with drive thru facilities and the Riau Online Police Integrated Service Application.
The goal of building an integrated service system for the Riau Police is to provide convenience to the community. The public can easily access the services provided by Polda Riau through the Online Riau Police Integrated Service Application, fill out the form in the application according to the desired service, and take the finished product through the drive thru scheme at the Riau Police Integrated Service Building.
The types of services that have been integrated in the Riau Regional Police Integrated Service system as a whole include SKCK Online, SIM Extension, KTA Security Guard Extension, STTP Rallies, Crowd Permits, Loss of Goods Reports, Special Vehicle Number Plate Making Services, Information Services, Whistle Blower System Services and Community Aspirations.
