The Directorate of General Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimum) of the Banten Police held a socialization talk show about the land mafia task force at Megaswara Radio 91.4 FM Jl. Sayabulu Serang neighborhood, on Tuesday (16/10).
In this talkshow, the speaker of the Head of Subbid II for Building and Land Property (Harda Bangtah) Kompol Didid Imawan from the Ditreskrimum Polda Banten who was accompanied by the Head of Sub-Division of Penmas Banten Police AKBP Meryadi, and guided by radio announcer Megaswara 91.4 FM Serang Mba Wina.
During the talkshow, Kompol Didid explained that the task of the Criminal Investigation Unit in the Banten Police was generally “The task of the Criminal Investigation Unit is to carry out investigations, investigations, and supervision of general criminal investigations, including the identification function and field forensic laboratories,” Didid said.
This talkshow specifically discusses the land mafia task force, this is a government policy in the land sector, Didid explained 5 government policies in the land sector. “There are five government policies in the land sector, namely land and land use (Land Reform), acceleration of granting land rights (community land certification / PTSL), completion of case settlements, conflicts and land disputes (Soil Mafia Task Force),” said Didid
Furthermore, Kasubit Harda Bangtah explained the factors that led to the existence of the land mafia. “Factors that encourage the existence of the mafia are land, land cannot be renewed, needed by many people, high economic value, wanting to control land/land illegally, development of administrative areas (expansion of village, kelurahan and sub-district areas, changes in maps or drawings, administrative orderly government, and the development of development,” said Didid.

Didid conveyed the law enforcement efforts carried out by the Ditreskrimum of the Banten Police Sub-Directorate of Harda Bangtah. “Banten Police Ditreskrimum has made law enforcement efforts, namely Law Enforcement (Gakkum) which is quality, object and transparent. The establishment of the land mafia task force is the setting of operating targets, targeting cases with criminal and administrative dimensions, using budgets effectively and efficiently, and operating targets must reach P21,” said Didid.
