Tribratanews.polri.go.id – Jambi. Jambi Regional Police Chief, Inspector General of Police. A Rachmad Wibowo inspected a number of blocking posts at several border points in Jambi City, Saturday (21/08/21).
The blocking of entrances and a number of main roads in the city of Jambi follows the Jambi City Government’s policy of imposing PPKM Level 4 to suppress Covid-19.
As for some of the blockage posts reviewed, namely Simpang Rimbo, Pal 10 Kota Baru, and Aurduri 2.
Inspector General of Police. A Rachmad Wibowo said in addition to tightening the entrance to the city of Jambi. Restrictions on the mobility of road users within the city are also enforced according to each type of vehicle to enter Jambi City.
The Jambi Regional Police Chief appealed to the public to reduce mobility and stay at home.
“We are doing this to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in Jambi,” explained General Bintang Dua.
