“We are also concerned about the fire incident that hit densely populated settlements in the Mendawai area,” explained the Central Kalimantan Police Chief.
The Head of Public Relations of the Central Kalimantan Police, Kombes Pol K. Eko Saputro, said that his party visited the location of the fire and provided assistance to the victims.
“There are around 141 affected residents and 46 houses that have been burned by the fire,” explained the Head of Public Relations of the Central Kalimantan Police.
On that occasion, Kapolda and his entourage distributed aid to the fire victims. There were around 46 packages containing basic necessities, some money, and masks, as well as 150 packages of ready-to-eat food given.
