INDOZONE.ID – Head of the Traffic Corps (Kakorlantas) of the National Police, Inspector General of Istiono, revealed the reason for his party to extend the isolation of travelers who are shooting for Jakarta. He said the extension of the blockage towards Jakarta was dynamic.
“Yes, the examination of travelers to Jakarta was extended until May 31,” said Inspector General Istiono to reporters, Monday (24/5/2021).
Inspector General Istiono said that the isolation of travelers going to Jakarta was dynamic or adjusted to the existing dynamics. He said the Polda Metro Jaya would wait for information from the Covid-19 Handling Task Force regarding this matter.
“This vigorous activity is dynamic. Wait for further information from the Covid-19 Task Force,” explained Istiono.
On a different occasion, the Head of the Metro Jaya Regional Police Inspector General Pol Fadil Imran said that until now there has been no order to lift the isolation process for travelers heading to Jakarta. Even so, Inspector General Fadil ensured that Polda Metro Jaya was still ready to isolate travelers.
“Until now there has been no order to stop the isolation. Anyway, we are ready to continue to keep Jakarta healthy, “concluded Fadil.
