Riau Islands Police Chief Releases Indonesian Military-Polri Vehicle Troops to Distribute PPKM Rice to People in Need

The Riau Islands Regional Police distributed 2.5 tons of rice to residents affected by the implementation of the emergency PPKM. Present at the activity were the Chief of the Riau Islands Police, Inspector General Pol Dr. Aris Budiman M.Si, Danrem 033/WP, Danlantamal IV Tanjungpinang, Kabinda, Deputy Chief of Police of Riau Islands, Irwasda of Riau Islands Police, PJU of Riau Islands Police, and TNI-Polri personnel on Monday (19/7/2021).

In a symbolic handover, the Head of the Riau Islands Police, the Danrem 033/WP, the Danlantamal IV Tanjungpinang, the Kabinda and the Deputy Head of the Riau Islands Police handed over assistance to representatives of housewives and construction workers. Furthermore, the Riau Islands Police Chief missed a group of TNI-Polri vehicles that could distribute social protection to people who needed it and were affected by the implementation of the emergency PPKM.

On the following occasion, the Head of Public Relations of the Riau Islands Regional Police, Kombes Pol, Harry Goldenhardt S., S.IK., M.Si, explained that today as much as 2.5 tons of rice will be distributed by TNI and Polri personnel to residents in need.

“The total is 10 tons of rice which will be distributed in stages and this is the second time. We hope that this assistance can ease the burden on our community who are affected by the implementation of this emergency PPKM, “said the Head of Public Relations of the Riau Islands Police, Kombes Pol Harry Goldenhardt S.

“Housewives, small traders, construction workers, online motorcycle taxis, and the poor from all walks of life will be the targets and objectives of the distribution and distribution of this social assistance,” explained Head of Public Relations of the Riau Islands Regional Police Kombes Pol Harry Goldenhardt S.
