BMKG Forecasts Partly Sunny Day in Jakarta Post Rain

IDNAround –  After yesterday’s rain, all parts of Jakarta will see partly sunny skies throughout Tuesday, August 29. The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) stated that the weather will turn cloudy in parts of the capital, including the central, southern, eastern, and northern cities in the early hours of Wednesday.

Two days ago, the agency predicted and even issued an early warning of a downpour in parts of Jakarta. As for today’s temperature, it would be in the range of 26 to 34 degrees Celsius.

Jakarta’s neighboring regions of Bogor, Depok, and Bekasi, will also have partly sunny skies this morning. In the afternoon, Bekasi and Depok would remain sunny, while Bogor City and Cibinong in Bogor Regency would be wet with light to moderate rain.

In the evening, only Bogor City still has the potential for rain, albeit of light intensity. Other regions will experience partly cloudy weather.

“Be aware of the possibility of rain, which can be accompanied by localized strong winds in parts of Bogor Regency and Bogor City in the afternoon and evening,” the agency said in an early warning.

For Greater Tangerang, the weather forecast said that all areas will be hot and sunny with no clouds this morning.

In the afternoon, the weather will change to partly cloudy in Tangerang City and Serpong of South Tangerang, and cloudy in Tigaraksa (Tangerang Regency). In the evening, all areas will be cloudy similar to the previous days with no chance of rain.
