The Bintan Police Destroyed evidence (BB) of narcotics type of marijuana caught from the three suspects with the initials SG, DLP, and TG which was carried out in the yard of the Bintan Police Headquarters, Friday (04/03).
Bintan Police Chief AKBP Tidar Wulung Dahono, S.H., S.I.K., M.H. explained that the destruction of the marijuana evidence was confiscated from 3 suspects who were arrested in three different places a few days ago.
The activity of destroying the evidence was witnessed by the Head of the Tanjungpinang Court, Mr. DR. Fahmiron, S.H., M.Hum, Head of the Bintan District Attorney’s Office, Mr. I Wayan Riana, S.H., M.H. and the suspect’s legal advisor, Mr. Annur Syaifuddin, S.H.
The destruction was carried out by burning marijuana type narcotics by placing them in a burning vat provided by the Bintan Police Narcotics Investigation Unit which was burned directly by the Bintan Police Chief, the Head of the Tanjung Pinang District Court, the Bintan District Attorney’s Head, and the suspect’s legal advisor.
“The evidence that was destroyed was 418.93 grams and the rest will be used for laboratory tests,” said the Bintan Police Chief, AKBP Tidar Wulung Dahono.
