On Monday (11/22/21), the Banten Police convened a Final Meeting of the Banten Police’s Itwasda Phase II 2021 Performance Audit at the Banten Regional Police Rupatama.
The Banten Police Chief Inspector General, Pol. Rudy Heriyanto, led the action, which was attended by the Deputy Chief of the Banten Police, BJP Ery Nursatari, and was followed by the Banten Police Main Official (PJU) and the Chief of the Police.
On this occasion, the Banten Police Chief emphasized a number of points about performance monitoring.
The Banten Police Chief indicated that performance monitoring is carried out not just by Itwasda and Bidpropam Polda Banten, but also by the leaders of other work units.
Each element of the leader, according to Pol. Rudy Heriyanto, has obligations at their respective levels, not only in terms of supervision but also in terms of planning, coordinating, and carrying out tasks.
The Banten Police Chief came to the conclusion that each work unit and regional unit must decrease and eradicate sectoral egos in order to carry out the supervision duty in a synergistic manner.
