National Police Chief Transfers 173 Officers, West Java Police Chief to Head of Traffic Police

 

JAKARTA – The National Police Chief General (Pol) Listyo Sigit Prabowo has transferred 173 high and middle-level officers.

The mutation was stated in the Chief of Police’s Telegram Letter Number ST/2278/X/KEP./2021 dated October 31, 2021 which was signed by As HR Polri Inspector General Wahyu Widada on behalf of the National Police Chief.

The Head of the National Police Public Relations Division, Inspector General Argo Yuwono, has confirmed the telegram. “Right. Refreshing the organization,” said Argo, Monday (1/11/2021).

In the letter, West Java Regional Police Chief Inspector General Ahmad Dofiri was appointed as Kabaintelkam Polri.

Meanwhile, Inspector General Suntana, who is Wakabaintelkam of the National Police, was appointed as the West Java Regional Police Chief.

Next, the South Sulawesi Police Chief, Inspector General Merdisyam, who serves as the Deputy Chief of Information and Security for the Indonesian National Police.

There is also the North Sulawesi Police Chief, Inspector General Nana Sujana, who will serve as the South Sulawesi Police Chief.

The position of the North Sulawesi Regional Police Chief will be filled by Inspector General Mulyatno who currently serves as the Main Police Widyaiswara Level I Sespim Lemdiklat Polri.

In addition, Kakorlantas Inspector General Istiono was also transferred to a new position in order to retire. He was transferred as a high ranking Korlantas officer.

The position of Kakorlantas will be filled by Inspector General Firman Shantyabudi, who previously served as Aslog Chief of the National Police.

Then, the Central Kalimantan Police Chief, which was previously held by Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, will be filled with Inspector General Nanang Avianto.

Meanwhile, Dedi was appointed as the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police to replace Inspector General Argo Yuwono who will fill the position of Aslog Chief of the National Police.

Next, the Director of Special Economic Crimes Brigadier General Helmy Santika was transferred to a new position as Sahlijemen Kapolri.

Helmy’s position was replaced by Kombes Whisnu Hermawan Februanto, who previously served as Wadirtipideksus.
