Police Call for Prokes and Distribute Masks to Residents

Kasokandel Police in Lembali held an event to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Activities on Thursday (10 July 2021) include patrols and the distribution of free masks to residents.

During the patrol, members of the Kasokandel police carried out social activities to prevent the spread of Covid-19. When they meet people who are not wearing masks, members will distribute masks to them for free.

Majalengka Police Chief AKBP. Edwin Affandi said the patrols were carried out to anticipate the spread of Covid-19. Patrols are carried out by distributing masks to residents for free.

“During patrols, it was found that residents who did not wear masks could wear masks for free. I hope the community can participate in preventing the spread of Covid-19,” he explained.

The Police Chief explained that not only the distribution of masks, the patrols continued to convey social messages to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Whenever people gather, we call for disbandment.

The National Police Chief hopes that this event can support some of the government’s efforts in dealing with the spread of Covid-19.

Iptu Budi Wardana said: “I hope that the whole community can play a role in preventing and breaking the Covid-19 chain.”
