The Police, especially the Banggai Police, continue to care for others in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. This is a manifestation of the Police’s concern to consistently provide the best for the population, especially in these circumstances.

As has been accomplished by the Bunta Sector Police, together with distributing social protection (Bansos) to two economically weak residents in Kalaka Village, Bunta District, Banggai Regency, Monday (21/9/2021).

The two beneficiaries, namely, Mrs. Runia Mofait (65) who was sick, could not see and Papa Anwar Pakaya (78) who was an elderly person who lived alone in his house.

“This action is a form of Polri’s concern to share with residents in need,” said Bunta Police Chief Iptu Nanang Afrioko SH MH.

Iptu Nanang hopes that the social assistance in the form of basic food packages can be useful in meeting the needs of daily life in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.
