Supporting PTM Acceleration, Bontang Police Holds Student Vaccination

Bontang – Supporting the National Vaccination Program, the Bontang Police continue to hold the TNI-POLRI Vaccine Outlets. This time, the targets for the Covid-19 Vaccination Dose 1 are SMPIT – SMAIT – DHBS ASY SYAAMIL students, Tanjung Laut Village, South Bontang District.

The Bontang Police held a vaccination targeting students like this for the third time. The first is SMP Negeri 4, the second is SMP Negeri 5 and the third today is SMPIT – SMAIT – DHBS ASY SYAAMIL South Bontang students.

The target of the TNI-Polri Vaccine at the ASY SYAAMIL Vaccine Outlet today is 540 people, involving 6 vaccinators consisting of 4 people from the Bontang Health Office and 2 people from the Bontang Police Clinic.

The implementation of this vaccination, which was directly reviewed by the Head of the Bontang Police, AKBP Hamam Wahyudi, involved 26 medical personnel and 15 security personnel from the South Bontang Police and the Bontang Police.

“The first dose of vaccination for ASY SYAAMIL students uses the Sinovac vaccine,” said the Bontang Police Chief, AKBP Hamam Wahyudi, SH. CIC. MH at the activity location, Thursday (16/9/2021).

In practice, we continue to carry out the vaccination stage procedure, starting from Registration, Screening / Medical History Examination, Vaccine Injection and Post-vaccine Observation.

“This vaccination targeting students is in order to accelerate the student’s Herd Immunity,” explained AKBP Hamam Wahyudi.

“In the future, we will carry out vaccinations with students’ priorities. We will see the existing stock of vaccines, if there is not enough we will ask the East Kalimantan Police again,” he concluded.
