Jakarta – PPKM Levels 3 and 4 have been extended by the government for Java and Bali. In the DKI Jakarta area, the extension of the PPKM continues with the implementation of the odd-even policy on three roads.
This was stated by the Director of Lantas Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Sambodo Purnomo Yogo, on detikNews, Monday (30/8) yesterday.
“Gage (odd-even) still applies. There are still 3 regions,” said Sambodo.
The ways that apply this rule are:

Jalan MH Thamrin
Jl HR Rasuna Said
For the time of application, odd-even Jakarta starts every day from 06.00 to 20.00 WIB.
The re-enactment of odd-even in the three regions is in line with the government’s decision to extend the period of implementation of PPKM Levels 3 and 4 throughout the Java-Bali region. This was announced directly by President Joko Widodo.
“The government has decided (the extension of the PPKM) from August 31 to September 6,” Jokowi said at a press conference on the Presidential Secretariat’s YouTube, Monday (30/8).
There will be fines for odd-even violators
Since odd-even has been enforced again in DKI Jakarta, the Polda Metro Jaya has not imposed a ticket or other legal action. Offenders are only ordered to turn back.
Today it will be decided whether odd-even violations will eventually get a ticket. Sambodo said that the certainty of the ticket would be conveyed to the public today.
“We’re still discussing it with the staff, I’ll tell you later,” continued Sambodo.
Even though odd-even applies, there are a number of types of vehicles that are still allowed to pass.
This is a list of odd-even immune vehicles:
Vehicles that carry people with disabilities
Ambulance vehicle
Fire fighting vehicle
Public transport vehicles (yellow plate)
Vehicles driven by electric motors
Motorcycle
Special goods transport vehicles for fuel and gas fuel
Vehicles for the leadership of the RI state high institutions:
-President/Vice President
-Chairman of the MPR/DPR/DPD
-Chairman of MA/MK/KY/BPK
Operational service vehicles with official plates, TNI, Polri
Vehicles of leaders and officials of foreign countries and international institutions who are state guests
Vehicles to provide assistance in traffic accidents
Vehicles for certain purposes according to the considerations of Polri officers, such as money transport vehicles with supervision from the National Police
Vehicles for health workers handling COVID-19
COVID-19 patient mobilization vehicle
COVID-19 vaccine mobilization vehicle
Oxygen cylinder carrier.
