SERAMBINEWS.COM, BANDA ACEH – The Aceh Regional Police (Polda) will hold a mass vaccination accompanied by the distribution of social assistance (Bansos) on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at the Wali Nanggroe Complex, Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar.
This was conveyed by Karo Ops Polda Aceh, Pol Kombes Drs H Agus Sarjito in his statement, Monday (23/8/2021) at the Aceh Police Headquarters.
Agus said that the vaccination that will be carried out later is an effort by the TNI-Polri to accelerate the vaccination program in accordance with the STR of the National Police Chief, Number: STR/1247/VI/KES.2./2021 concerning the Strategy for Accelerating the Implementation of the Precision-Based Covid-19 Vaccination of the Police.
In addition, Agus continued, his party, both the TNI and Polri, will also distribute social assistance to underprivileged communities affected by the pandemic.
“This vaccination is an effort from us (TNI-Polri-red) to accelerate the vaccination program and establish Herd Immunity for the community,” said the former Director of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Aceh Police.
“Later, we will also distribute social assistance to people affected by the pandemic,” he said.
Therefore, Agus hopes that people who have not been vaccinated, both the first and second doses, can come to the Wali Nanggroe complex later.
There, the vaccinators are ready to provide the best service from 08:00 WIB until the end.
“Those who haven’t been vaccinated, please come. Mass vaccination starts from eight in the morning until it’s finished,” concluded Agus. (*)
