TULUNGAGUNG – In order to smooth the activities of the Merdeka Vaccine Outlet in the Ngantru District, Tulungagung District, the Ngantru Police of the Tulungagung Police together with the Koramil and the Covid-19 Task Force Team of the Ngantru District carried out security and monitoring of the vaccination process.
Residents’ enthusiasm for taking vaccinations was seen by the presence of those who came and queued one by one to receive vaccines served by officers from the Ngantru Kecatan Health Team, Thursday (19/08/2021).
Ngantru Police Chief AKP Puji Widodo SH said that the Merdeka vaccine outlet today carried out vaccinations at the Ngantru Health Center in Pucangan Village Hall, Ngantru District, Tulungagung.
“The 1st dose of the Merdeka Semeru vaccination today was vaccinated by 310 people with the Astrazeneca vaccine,” said the Sector Police Chief.
While the technical implementation of the vaccination includes, registration, measurement of blood pressure, health screening, vaccine injection and observation after the vaccine for ± 30 minutes.
“Alhamdulillah, in the implementation of the first Astrazeneca vaccination dose 1 at the Ngantru Health Center as many as 171 people,” explained the Sector Police Chief.
“And the second is located at the Pucunglor Village Hall, 139 people also dose 1, everything went in an orderly manner and got a good response seen from the high number of attendance,” continued AKP Puji Widodo.
The presence of the National Police is in synergy with the TNI and related agencies together to carry out security for the security and smooth running of Covid-19 vaccination activities.
“Security officers ensure the course of vaccinations while still implementing strict health protocols, in addition to carrying out personnel security, they also provide education about health protocols,” explained AKP Puji Widodo.
