Brebes Police Collaborates with UMUS in Accelerating Vaccination

TEGAL NEWS – Brebes Police and Muhadi Setiabudi University (UMUS) collaborated in accelerating vaccination for the community by holding a Precision Vaccination Outlet at the Auditorium of Muhadi Setiabudi University, Monday 2 August 2021.

In this activity, the Brebes Police collaborated with student elements to ensure the success of mass vaccination activities for the general public and students.

The Head of the Brebes Police, AKBP Faisal Febrianto, explained that this time the vaccination activity collaborated with UMUS to implement mass vaccines for students and the surrounding community was expected to be able to participate in socializing the let’s vaccine movement.

“Today, we have prepared 1000 doses. It is hoped that by the end of the year we will reach the Herd Immunity target in Brebes Regency,” said the Police Chief.

The Police Chief appealed to the public to immediately go to the existing Precision Vaccine Outlets to carry out vaccinations, both those held by the Police, TNI and Puskesmas.

While the Chancellor of the University Muhadi Setyabudi, Dr. Roby Setyadi, M.M appreciated the mass vaccination for the people of Brebes.

Robby explained that this vaccination was an activity of the Brebes Police in collaboration with Muhadi Setiabudi University in carrying out mass vaccinations.

“Previously, almost all of the 1,200 students had been vaccinated, because previously we also collaborated with the Kodim and this time with the Brebes Police,” he said.

Students who carry out KKN have also been vaccinated. As a form of service, students also provide education to the community.

Azmi (19), a student participating in the vaccine, expressed her gratitude for the Precise Vaccination Outlet of the Brebes Police which has held vaccinations at Umus.
