JAKARTA – The National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, has transferred 504 high-ranking officers (pati) within the Indonesian National Police. One of them is the Aceh Police Chief, Inspector General Wahyu Widada, who has been transferred to become the HR Assistant to the National Police Chief.
The mutation of this high-ranking police officer was known from the Secret Telegram Letter (STR) number ST/1506/VII/KEP./2021 dated July 26, 2021, which was signed by the Deputy Chief of Police, Komjen Gatot Eddy Pramono, on behalf of the National Police Chief.
“In connection with the ref, it is hereby notified to the general under Pati/Pamen Polri that he is released from his old position / transferred to a new position,” Gatot wrote in the Telegram Letter.
Based on the telegram, the Aceh Regional Police Chief Inspector General of Police Wahyu Widada was transferred to become an HR Assistant to the National Police Chief who took over the Inspector General of Police Sutrisno Yudi Hermawan, who was entering retirement. Wahyu Widada’s position will be replaced by Inspector General of Police Ahmad Haydar. Previously, Ahmad Haydar served as the Main Police Wisyaiswara Tk I Sespim Lemdiklat Polri.
