Jakarta, HanTer – In handling Covid-19, the TNI-Polri have the task of carrying out close contact tracing, vaccination and distribution of drugs as well as preparing isolation facilities, both Independent Isolation (Isoman) and Central Isolation (Isoter) whose supervision is carried out by Babinsa and Bhabinkamtibmas.
This was conveyed by the TNI Commander Marshal TNI Hadi Tjahjanto accompanied by the Head of BNPB Lt. Gen. Ganip Warsito, Kabaharkam Polri Komjen Pol Arief Sulistyanto and Pangkogabwilhan II Marsdya TNI Imran Baidirus while reviewing the Isoter implementation in Semarang City, Central Java, Sunday (25/7/2021).
The TNI-Polri were also given the task of carrying out assistance in the context of tracing close contacts because the results of the evaluation were still lacking. “Therefore, in the implementation of close contract tracing, the implementation will be assisted by the TNI-Polri to the village or rural areas,” said the TNI Commander.
The TNI commander has also ordered the Babinsa and Bhabinkamtibmas that if there are positive confirmed cases, immediately tracing as many as 15 people who are in close contact. “From the tracing results, if anyone is declared reactive, centralized isolation or quarantine will immediately be carried out,” he said.
Until now, there are 297 people who carry out Isoter at the Semarang Mayor’s official house which is used as an Isoter, with mild and moderate symptoms.
